1. Controller
TukForce AI, represented by Ive Tuk, is responsible for personal data processed through this website and first contact with interested organizations.

2. Personal data we process
3. Purposes and legal bases
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not place tracking cookies and does not use ad networks, social-media pixels or external analytics. If privacy-friendly statistics are added later, they will use minimal data. Tracking or marketing cookies are only placed after valid consent.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by providers needed for hosting, email, domain management, security, administration or bookkeeping. Appropriate agreements are made with parties that process personal data on behalf of TukForce AI.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area only take place with an appropriate legal basis or safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards.
6. AI, client data and PII-Shield
AI advice and prototypes can involve sensitive information. TukForce AI therefore applies data minimization: share only what is needed. Without a clear agreement, client data is not used to train public AI models.
Where useful, we assess local processing, shielding or pseudonymization. If TukForce AI processes personal data on behalf of a client organization, roles, instructions, security and retention are documented separately.
7. Retention
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, data minimization, limited access, updates, secure configuration and careful handling of project data. No system is risk-free; report suspected misuse or data breaches via info@tukforce.com.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to info@tukforce.com. We generally respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, services or law changes. The latest version is always available on this page.
